Betty Rose Gilson, born on April 7, 1934, in Haverhill, Massachusetts, passed away at the age of 92, leaving behind a family who loved her dearly and memories that will be cherished for generations to come.

Betty was a strong, independent woman with a heart full of love for her family. Her greatest joy was caring for those closest to her, and she devoted herself to making sure her loved ones felt cared for, supported, and loved. Her strength, independence, and unwavering devotion to her family were defining parts of who she was.

Betty was known for her love of cooking and preparing beautiful meals, bringing warmth and comfort to those gathered around her table. For her, cooking was more than preparing food; it was a way to show love and bring her family together. She also had a creative spirit and a special talent for arts and crafts. She loved making thoughtful, handmade creations for others to enjoy and cherish, leaving little pieces of her heart in the things she made.

Betty was the beloved wife of the late Adelbert Roy Gilson. Though he passed before her, the life and memories they shared remain part of her family's story.

She leaves behind her two brothers, Robert Cauchon and Richard Cauchon; her son, Barrie Gilson; her grandson, Brandin Gilson, and his spouse, Sydney Gilson; and her great-grandson, Ty Gilson, who will carry her memory forward.

Funeral Services will be held privately at the request of the family. Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home 50 Central St., Hudson, MA. are assisting with the arrangements.
