Darlene M. Vincuilla

March 1, 1956 — February 12, 2026

Stow, MA

Darlene M. Vincuilla, born on March 1, 1956, in Waltham, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on February 12, 2026, at Milford Hospital, leaving a legacy defined by love and kindness. Raised in Waltham, Darlene graduated from Waltham High School in 1974 and quickly established herself in the professional world as a personal secretary to a bank president. However, it was her role as a devoted mother that she cherished most while raising her beloved children.

In 1992, Darlene and her husband Stephen D. Vincuilla settled in Hudson, MA, where they took great pride in their community and raised their family. After a fulfilling period dedicated to her family, Darlene returned to the workforce as the manager of A Cut Above Hair Salon in Acton, MA. For 20 years, she excelled in this role until her retirement, continuing to demonstrate her caring nature through her interactions with clients and colleagues alike.

Darlene was known for her ability to find joy in each day, always seeing the glass as half full. She was thoughtful, kind, and selfless, showing a quiet strength that resonated deeply with those who knew her. She actively nurtured her interests, enjoying simple pleasures such as playing card games with her aunts, trying her luck at penny slots in local casinos and the beach.

Darlene’s legacy will be carried forward by her loving family, including her husband of 47 years, Stephen D. Vincuilla; her daughter Tanya Mahoney and her husband Sam of Leominster, MA, Jayleen Vincuilla and her fiancé Mike Corliss, also of Leominster, MA; her cherished grandchildren, Lucy and Daphne Mahoney, and her granddogs Jax and Rocky. She also leaves behind her sister, Debbie Parrella and her husband Donald from Waltham, MA, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews as well as other family and friends.

Darlene was preceded in death by her parents, Martin Devoe and Josephine (Galluzzo) Devoe.
