Jimmy Edward Greska, born December 10, 1981, in Framingham, Massachusetts, passed away on May 24, 2026. Throughout his 44 years, Jimmy lived a life marked by dedication, warmth, and an enduring passion for the work he cherished and the people he loved.
Jimmy was a landscaper by trade, starting his career in the landscaping field following high school. His commitment to his craft was evident in every project he undertook, and he rose to the esteemed position of foreman at Dextera Landscaping of Hudson. Known not only for his skill but also for his leadership, Jimmy’s passion shone through in his work and in his ability to guide his team with integrity and care.
A proud native of the Hudson area, Jimmy attended local schools, including Hudson High School, where he excelled in both baseball and basketball, two sports that remained close to his heart throughout his life. His youthful enthusiasm for playing sports was complemented by a love of music; he often spent time writing lyrics that captured memorable moments and heartfelt thoughts, enriching his life and those of the people around him.
Jimmy’s personality was uniquely radiant. He had the rare gift of bringing laughter to any occasion, and his friends knew him as someone loyal and dependable. When someone was in need, Jimmy’s answer was never no. He was the kind of person who gave freely of himself with kindness that left a lasting impression.
Family was central to Jimmy’s world. He was a devoted son to his parents, Edward F. and Donna M. (Dempsey) Greska of Hudson, MA. His love for family grew even deeper with the arrival of his niece and nephew. He shared a special bond with his sister, Kelley Sicard, and her husband Michael of Granby, MA, and was a beloved presence in the lives of Autumn Sicard, his niece, and Colin Sicard, his nephew and godson, both of Granby, MA. Jimmy’s affection and dedication extended beyond his immediate family to other relatives and close friends who treasured his companionship and support.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home, located at 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749. A Funeral Service and Celebration of Jimmy's Life will be held on Friday, June 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Trinity Church, 23 Main Street, Northborough, MA 01503. (Please arrive at the church between 9:15 AM and 9:45 AM). Burial services will be private.
Jimmy Edward Greska’s life was a testament to the values of hard work, heartfelt connection, and unwavering loyalty. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him and fondly remembered for the laughter, leadership, and love he so generously shared.
