It is with heavy hearts that the family of Jarrod Alfred Lamore, age 34, of Hudson, Massachusetts, announces his sudden passing on March 8, 2026.
Jarrod was born on December 30th, 1991, at Saint Vincent’s in Worcester, Massachusetts, to Karen and Joe Lamore. He grew up in Hudson and graduated from Hudson High School. Throughout his life, Jarrod excelled in sports, especially basketball and baseball. He was known for his fun-loving personality, kind heart, and his deep love for family, music, and the Boston Celtics.
Jarrod worked as a Landscape Maintenance Specialist at Doug Curtis Landscaping, where he took great pride in his work and was known for his attention to detail. He worked alongside his cousin Brian and coworker Bill, building strong friendships through his work.
Outside of work, Jarrod loved listening to live music, especially shows by Zach Deputy and could often be found dancing whenever the opportunity came up. He cherished spending time with family and friends relaxing on the back deck, sharing laughs and good conversation. Jarrod was also an incredibly skilled chess and cribbage player, he had a special love for animals, particularly his sister’s dog Penny.
Jarrod is survived by his loving parents, Karen and Joe Lamore; of Hudson his sister Tanya Pashalian and his brother-in-law Scott Pashalian; of Bolton his sister Kristalena Lamore; of Hudson his nephew Domenic Pashalian; and his nieces Juliana and Elliana Pashalian.
He is also survived by his uncles Michael, Jimmy, Scotty, and Jason MacLean, and John Lamore and his partner Patty Farley; his aunts Debbie Freitas and her husband Silvino, Cindy Provencher and her husband David, and Charlene MacLean, as well as many cousins, extended family members, and friends who loved him deeply.
Jarrod was predeceased in death by his grandparents Lena and Alfred Lamore and Leonette and Michael MacLean
Jarrod will be remembered for his kindness, humor, and the joy he brought to those around him.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday March 21st from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home, 50 Central Street, Hudson, Massachusetts. A Celebration of Life service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Forestvale Cemetery in Hudson MA.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Jarrod’s memory to The Good Project, Your donation provides recovery scholarships and mental health support to those who need it most.
