Joe Majocha, Age 67, of Hudson, beloved husband, dad and Jaja/Jojo passed peacefully on February 05, 2023, surrounded by family and friends. He was born on September 11, 1955 in Ware, MA to the late Julian and Josephine (Piechota) Majocha.
He leaves behind his wife of 44 years, his “class act,” Jenny (Dziedzic) Majocha, his children, daughter, Christie and husband Mark Champion, and son, Christopher and wife Ashley (Grimaldi) Majocha. He was most proud of his grandchildren Benjamin, Miles and Hazel. Their home was always filled with love, laughter, music and family pets. Some of his fondest memories included vacations with friends and family, playing tennis and golf, summer days in the yard, snowstorms in the jacuzzi, performing magic tricks, trips to Hampton Beach and his weekly outing to “The P” with his best friends.
Joe spent his professional life as an electrical engineer, high tech salesperson and most passionately as a self-taught stock investor and entrepreneur.
Joe was known by many as an accomplished accordionist who always had polka in his heart, jokes at the ready, and as someone who would welcome everybody with open arms and a strong drink. He would want us all to remember that it was “our pleasure” to have known him. Na Zdorovie!
Relatives and friends are invited to a period of visitation from 4-6:30pm on Friday, February 10, 2023 at Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home, 50 Central St., Hudson, MA. A Celebration of Life will follow at 6:30PM with words of remembrance by family members and attendees are encouraged to share memories also. Burial services will be private at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Joe may be made to: Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research, P.O. Box 5014, Hagerstown, MD 21741 or email@example.com.
