Katelyn R. Henning, a beloved soul who graced this world with her presence on July 26, 1995, and departed on April 12, 2024, has left a profound impact on all who were fortunate enough to know her. She was raised in Marlborough, MA, a city that would always hold a special place in her heart.
From a young age, Katelyn embraced life with unparalleled enthusiasm and warmth. She attended local schools where her vibrant personality and kind spirit shone brightly. Katelyn's love for her family was evident in everything she did, from the passionate conversations over delicious meals to the cherished gatherings filled with laughter and love.
One of the many joys of Katelyn's life was working alongside her father at his painting company, SBL Painters. The bond they shared extended beyond the realm of work, reflecting a deep connection built on mutual respect and admiration. Her dedication to her career was only surpassed by her unwavering commitment to those she held dear.
Described as 'full of life' and possessing a 'huge heart', Katelyn touched the lives of all who crossed her path. Her genuine kindness and infectious laughter left an indelible mark on her family and friends, creating memories that will be treasured for a lifetime. In her free time, Katelyn indulged in her love for delicious foods from all walks of life. Her adventurous palate mirrored her adventurous spirit as she sought out new culinary experiences.
Katelyn is survived by her beloved daughters Annalise Lopez and Autumn Lopez of Ecuador; her loving father Paul A. Henning of Worcester, MA; her dear mother Tracey Young of Boston, MA; her maternal grandfather Jack Young and his wife Karen of Hudson, MA; her paternal grandmother Deborah Pena of Worcester, MA; as well as her devoted sister Erin Henning. Although she may have left this world, Katelyn's spirit lives on in the hearts of those who loved her deeply.
A visitation in honor of Katelyn's life will be held on May 7, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home located at 50 Central St., Hudson, MA 01749. It will be a time to come together to celebrate the life of an extraordinary individual who brought light into the lives of many.
