Leo A. Caissie

Leo A. Caissie, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on January 13, 2024, at the Coleman House Nursing Home in Northborough, MA. He was born to Desire and Anna Caissie on August 29, 1932, in Waltham, MA.

Leo, a lifelong resident of Hudson, MA, was a proud alumnus of Waltham High School who served in the US Army during the Korean conflict.

A man of many virtues, his strength, resilience, and resourcefulness, stood out the most. He was a hard-working, devoted family man, always putting his loved ones before himself. A faithful Catholic, Leo was a volunteer at St. Michael Parish in Hudson and with the Hudson CYO Marching Band.

Leo met the love of his life, Jeannine E. Caissie, and together, they raised four sons: Brian, Bob, Richard, and Christopher. Leo's legacy continues through his grandchildren: Daniel, Sarah, Alexander, Anna, Emily, Samantha, and great grandchildren, Melody, and Elijah. He loved any opportunity to see his family get together.

Leo is predeceased by his wife Jeannine Caissie, his parents, Desire and Anna Caissie, and his brothers Paul Caissie and David Caissie. He is survived by his sister Roseanna Caissie and his brother Edwin Duval.

Calling hours for Leo will be held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024, from 8:30am - 9:30am, at Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home, 50 Central St, Hudson MA. A Funeral Service will begin at 10:00am on Wednesday April 10th, 2024, at Saint Michael Parish, 21 Manning Street, Hudson MA. Burial will follow at Saint Michael's Cemetery located at 278 Cox St, Hudson MA.
