Phillip Batista Hinchey

Phillip Batista Hinchey of Hudson died unexpectedly at home on March 26, 2023, at the age of 51 after a long battle with mental illness.

Phillip grew up in Berlin, and graduated from Tahanto High School. He had a love for music, art and writing, and played in several bands throughout his life.

He is survived by his mother, Maria Gloria Hinchey of Hudson; sister, Elita Gould and her husband Brian of Marlboro; nephew Ian Gould of Searsport, ME, nieces Kathryn and Bethany Gould of Marlboro, as well as aunts, uncles and several cousins, including his cousin George Cabral, who was more of a brother and friend. He is predeceased by his father, William Hinchey.
