Sharon Lee Rossley, a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend, passed away peacefully at home on February 9, 2026, at the age of 80. Born on October 22, 1945, in Fall River, Massachusetts, Sharon moved with her family to Hudson, MA at the tender age of two. This vibrant community became her lifelong home.
Sharon had a distinguished career as an Office Administrator, first contributing her talents at Digital Equipment Corp. and later at Marlborough Hospital. Her professional life was marked by dedication and commitment, qualities that mirrored her personal ethos.
Widely recognized for her large personality, Sharon brought light and laughter wherever she went. She had a remarkable sense of humor and a zest for life that endeared her to all she encountered. Her capacity for loyalty to her family was profound, and she cherished the loving memories created with her grandchildren.
Her interests included camping with family and friends, particularly in the scenic landscapes of Maine. Sharon took great pride in caring for her pets, embodying her nurturing spirit. Her family stood as her proudest and most cherished passion in life, shaping the many joyful moments that defined her years.
Sharon was an active member of her community, regularly attending the Hudson Senior Center, and participating in the former Christ King Parish, now part of Saint Michael Parish in Hudson.
She is survived by her sons, John H. Rossley, Jr. of Southbridge, MA, and Kevin M. Rossley and his wife Pamela of Hudson, MA; her grandchildren Krystle Hughes, Ryan Hughes, Kayla Rossley, Shauna Rossley, Trevor Rossley, Jaclyn Rossley, and Cameron Rossley; and her great-grandchildren, Derek, Ava, and Mason, along with numerous other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
Preceding her in death were her beloved husband, John H. "Skippy" Rossley, who passed in 2018, her father Sidney Roberts, her mother Leah R. (Dyer) Roberts, and her brother Sidney W. Roberts Jr.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 1, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home, located at 50 Central St., Hudson, MA 01749. A Service and Celebration of Sharon's Life will follow at 2:00 PM. Burial services will be private.
Sharon Lee Rossley will be remembered fondly for her humor, her unwavering support for her loved ones, and the many lives she touched during her time with us. Her legacy of love, family, and laughter will continue to inspire those she leaves behind.
