Venance A. Caron, 82, passed away peacefully at his residence on Saturday, December 20, 2025.
He was born on January 2, 1943, in Quebec, Canada. Venance lived a fulfilling life in Berlin for many years before settling in Hudson, where he resided for the past 32 years.
Venance was more than just a dedicated husband, father, and grandfather; he was a man of great passion and enthusiasm and a man of strong Christian values, He cherished the great outdoors and found joy in snowmobiling and riding ATVs, reveling in nature’s beauty. His love for sports was profound, and he passionately supported both the New England Patriots and the Boston Red Sox, often sharing these interests with family and friends.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Vicki L. Caron (Field), with whom he shared 32 wonderful years of marriage, his children: Sherry Brakefield and her husband, Kevin, Stephen Caron, Donnie Chamberlain, Becky Miller, Stacey Chamberlain, and Kimberly Maxwell and her husband, Scott, and his 12 adoring grandchildren: Alan, Savannah, Calli, J.C., Kayla, Abby, Jason, Jamie, Brian, Briana, Jonathan, and Logan. He is survived by his sister, Marced, his mother-in-law Norma Welch, as well as his sister-in-law Debbie Field and Wendy Smith and her husband, Ray.
Venance A. Caron will be remembered not only for his unwavering love for his family but also for the values he instilled in those around him. His spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
A private burial will be held at the request of the family. No other services at this time. TIGHE HAMILTON REGIONAL FUNERAL HOME, 50 Central St., Hudson, MA are honored to assist with arrangements.
