Dale Wentworth Farrell, 75 of Bolton, MA passed away unexpectedly at home, on Sunday, June 21, 2020. He leaves his beloved wife of over 50 years, Ruth A. (McLewis) Farrell.

Dale was born in Cambridge, MA on September 5, 1944, a son of the late Raymond and Ruby Farrell. He was raised in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Boston, where he graduated from High School. After graduation Dale enlisted in the United States Navy and honorably served his Nation during the Vietnam War. While serving in the Navy, Dale was swept off his feet by the love of his life Ruth A. (McLewis), who was also serving in the Navy at the same time. They were married shortly before Dale shipped out to Vietnam. After his return from the war, they both attended Northeastern University in Boston, where he earned his bachelor’s degree. After a brief time in Holliston, Dale and Ruth settled in Bolton, where they have resided for over 41 years together.

Dale had a long and highly successful career in Marketing, eventually retiring as the Vice President of Marketing at a pharmaceutical design/build firm in Rhode Island. After retirement he started a new career as a fine art dealer and specialized in pieces by deceased North Shore American Painters. He also enjoyed collecting Antiques and American Folk Art.
