Peter Anthony “Peco” Bouvier, 79, of Marlborough, MA passed away peacefully on Monday, August 23, 2021, at Marlborough Hospital.

Peco was born in Marlborough, MA on December 13, 1941, one of eight children to the late Edward and Emilie (Moura) Bouvier. He was a long-time resident of the Marlborough/Hudson area. Following graduating from high school he served in the US Navy as a communications officer and Vietnam Veteran. After being honorably discharged in 1966 Peco worked in his earlier years as a service manager at RCA and later worked at Dav-Tech Plating.

Peco is survived by his two daughters: Pamela Chaves and her husband Joao of Hudson, MA, Renee McNamara and her husband Jeremy of Parker, CO, and a son, Michael Bouvier and his wife Kathy of Galveston, TX. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren: Sasha Gaulin, Christopher Gaulin, Taelor Stasik, Robert Bouvier, Danny Chaves, Alexyss Chaves, Jordan McNamara, Nicholes Peter Bouvier, and Tyler Chaves. He also leaves behind 2 great grandchildren Arianna and Finnegan Gross. He is survived by siblings; brothers Edward Bouvier and his wife Sharon of Northborough, MA, Robert Bouvier and his wife Denise of Cape Coral, Florida along with his sisters; Jeannine Cadaret and her husband Paul of McKinney, TX, Janice Mannone and her husband Dennis of Marlborough, MA, and Jane Higgins and her husband James of Punta Gorda, Fl. He is predeceased by his brother Anthony Bouvier of Marlborough, MA, his sister Judy Daigneault of South Sandwich, MA, as well as the love of his life, Susan Bates Lombard.

Peco was a member of the ITAM of Marlborough and the Moose Lodge of Marlborough, along with the Hudson Fraternal Order of Eagles in Hudson. When he wasn’t fishing with his friends and family at the Cape or in Gloucester, you could find him right alongside his daughter, Pam, fishing in her backyard on Bruce’s Pond. In his spare time he enjoyed playing cards and socializing with friends. Peco cherished spending time with his family, especially later with his grandchildren and great grandchildren whom will forever remember him as a loving and caring father and grandfather.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, August 31st from 3:00 to 5:00 PM at the Tighe-Hamilton Regional Funeral Home, 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749. A prayer service will follow at 5:00 PM in the funeral Home. There will be a celebration of Peter’s life immediately following at Hudson Eagles located at 271 Cox St in Hudson. Burial services will be held privately.
